We  have a number of free Running Groups that we invite you to join:

At the heart of it all are our Weekly Group Runs that are open to runners of all abilities and experience level;

We also host a Kona Marathon Runs Training Group for people training for the races' various distances (5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon, and marathon);

We put on a Couch to 5k Training Group aimed at new runners looking to run the Jingle Bell Beach Run 5k; and

We have a Honolulu Marathon Training Group for Big Islanders training to race on the Traffic Isle.
